Job Description
Seyond GmbH is seeking a Sales Representative to expand its presence in the EMEA market, focusing on its SIMPL platform for traffic detection within Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS). This role involves introducing cutting-edge solutions to ITS integrators, distributors, contractors, and cities. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and independent individual passionate about advancing smart city solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and engage with ITS integrators, distributors, and contractors across EMEA.
  • Drive direct sales to end-users seeking innovative traffic management solutions.
  • Monitor and respond to RFPs, collaborating with internal teams to submit competitive proposals.
  • Build and maintain a network of distribution and integration partners.
  • Provide training and support to partners.
  • Represent SIMPL at industry events.
  • Develop and deliver product demonstrations.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, recommending tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to localize campaigns for the EMEA audience.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline progress in CRM tools.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in ITS, smart transportation, or technology solutions.
  • Experience in managing and responding to public procurement processes, including RFPs.
  • Strong understanding of LiDAR technology, ITS, or smart city ecosystems (a plus).
  • Proficient in English; fluency in German, French, Spanish, or Italian is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to travel within the EMEA region.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote setup.
