Jumia, a leading pan-African e-commerce platform, is seeking a Key Account Manager for its Beauty category in Morocco. This role is crucial for driving growth and profitability, with high-potential candidates expected to become future leaders within the Jumia Group. The Key Account Manager will manage relationships with top brands and vendors, influencing commercial strategies, operations, and key commercial events.
The role involves high-level exposure to Managing Directors, CCOs, and Jumia CEOs.
What this role involves: - Building strong relationships with C-level executives and account managers of top brands and vendors.
- Developing and implementing strategies to drive sales and maximize revenue within the Beauty category.
- Collaborating with sales and marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns.
- Analyzing sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Monitoring and reporting on key account metrics.
- Negotiating and finalizing agreements with key accounts.
- Providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Staying updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Working closely with cross-functional teams for seamless account management.
Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years experience in the Beauty & Personal Care industry in Morocco.
- Perfect knowledge of the Beauty & Personal Care industry in Morocco.
- Top Engineering or Business School degree.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google tools.
- Strong commercial and analytical skills.
- Great negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flawless English and French communication.
