Jumia, a leading pan-African e-commerce platform, is seeking a Business Developer. This role focuses on improving everyday life in Africa by leveraging technology and delivering innovative online services. The Business Developer will be instrumental in expanding Jumia's reach and impact.Role involves:

• Brand Promotion of Jumia E-Commerce platform.
• Marketing Activity Planning, Events Organization and Budget Compilation.
• Attracting big vendors onboard and completing onboarding target.
• Screening, evaluating and management of registered vendors and regular training on operational rules.
• Cooperating with different channels and media (self-media maintenance, paid media cooperation, public relations maintenance).
• Supervising company website and public platform on Wechat updates.
• Company Presentations Preparation and Public Speaking.

Requirements:

• Fluent English (listening, speaking, reading and writing skills), Mandarin Native Proficiency.
• Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience in new media operations is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, writing and publicity skills.
• E-Commerce experience is preferred.
