Job Description

Jumia, a leading pan-African e-commerce platform, is seeking a Head of Fulfilment Talent Scout to identify and develop talent for future Supply Chain opportunities. This role is based in Morocco and involves planning and deploying e-fulfillment centers, contributing to tech improvements, ensuring cost-efficiency, and standardizing department layouts.

The role involves:

• Planification & deployment of e-fulfillment centers depending on size of business
• Contribute to tech improvements to increase efficiency in operations
• Cost-efficiency of packaging & productivity
• Standardise layouts of aftersales department
• Standardise layouts of inbound, outbound and inventory departments
• Inventory management vs commercial growth strategy

Jumia is looking for someone with:

• 6+ years of experience in Fulfilment related roles
• Sharp, outgoing and up to date individual
• Proficiency in English
• Open to travel
