Job Description
Jumia, a leading pan-African e-commerce platform, is seeking a Head of Fulfilment Talent Scout to identify and develop talent for future opportunities within their supply chain division. This role is based in Ivory Coast and offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth of e-commerce in Africa.
The role involves:
- Planification & deployment of e-fulfillment centers depending on size of business
- Contribute to tech improvements to increase efficiency in operations
- Cost-efficiency of packaging & productivity
- Standardise layouts of aftersales department
- Standardise layouts of inbound, outbound and inventory departments
- Inventory management vs commercial growth strategy
The requirements are:
- Sharp, outgoing and up to date individual
- Proficiency in English
- Open to travel.
