Director Financial Planning & Analysis (m/f/d)

Job Description

Isar Aerospace is seeking a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis to provide financial insights and support to deliver products and goals. The Director will liaise with stakeholders and report to the VP of Financial Operations. This role requires physical presence at the headquarters in Ottobrunn, with the possibility of remote work one day per week.Responsibilities:

• Provide detailed group budgets and forecasts.
• Develop precise financial modelling, analyses, and insights.
• Offer FP&A support for other functions.
• Liaise with executive management, board members, auditors, and other stakeholders.
• Provide proactive support and problem resolution.

Requirements:

• Relevant degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• Extensive experience in FP&A, controlling, or auditing (≥15 years).
• Strong leadership, communication, and integrative skills.
• Fluent in English and German; proficiency in French is a plus.
• Extensive experience in the aerospace and defense industry.
