Senior Product Manager

Job Description

Click Therapeutics is seeking a Senior Product Manager to understand user needs and transform them into engaging solutions. The Senior Product Manager will collaborate with clinicians, scientists, product designers, software engineers, market researchers, and data scientists to deliver pipeline products through clinical trials and to market. This position is based in Tribeca, NYC, with a hybrid working model requiring at least 3 days in the office each week.Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with scientific, business, and engineering leaders to define and develop features.
• Understand scientific concepts and translate ideas into testable products.
• Synthesize healthcare complexities into high-potential product opportunities.
• Facilitate workshops with external business partners to gather requirements.
• Translate requirements into clear user stories for the development team.
• Drive Agile ceremonies and manage timelines for feature releases.
• Drive teamwork, communication, and collaboration across departments.
• Interface with scientific and commercial collaboration partners.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in an Agile environment.
• Experience bringing a software product to market.
• Experience working on cross-functional teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong facilitation, technical leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with systems design and coding concepts.
• Experience translating technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Experience conducting user research.
• Passionate about improving healthcare.
