Similarweb is seeking a Senior Team Manager for Customer Success in Tokyo. The role involves leading Japan’s Customer Success function and managing a high-performing team. The Senior Team Manager will work with prospective and existing clients to understand their business objectives and communicate the value of Similarweb’s SaaS platform.
- Developing and managing a high-performing team.
- Working with prospective and existing clients to understand their business objectives.
- Communicating the value proposition of Similarweb’s SaaS platform.
- Ensuring users are getting maximum value from solutions.
- Driving maximum revenue retention.
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience in leading customer-facing organizations
- Experience building and growing customer success teams at a SaaS company or an agency.
- Experience in digital marketing and/or consulting
- Experience collaborating with diverse multinational and global enterprise-level companies.
- Led teams of 10+ people.
- Strong empathy for customers and passion for revenue and growth
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
