Similarweb is seeking a Senior Team Manager for Customer Success in Tokyo. The role involves leading Japan’s Customer Success function and managing a high-performing team. The Senior Team Manager will work with prospective and existing clients to understand their business objectives and communicate the value of Similarweb’s SaaS platform.
  • Developing and managing a high-performing team.
  • Working with prospective and existing clients to understand their business objectives.
  • Communicating the value proposition of Similarweb’s SaaS platform.
  • Ensuring users are getting maximum value from solutions.
  • Driving maximum revenue retention.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years experience in leading customer-facing organizations
  • Experience building and growing customer success teams at a SaaS company or an agency.
  • Experience in digital marketing and/or consulting
  • Experience collaborating with diverse multinational and global enterprise-level companies.
  • Led teams of 10+ people.
  • Strong empathy for customers and passion for revenue and growth
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
