Salsify, a key leader in the industry, is seeking a highly motivated Customer Success Manager to engage and retain a portfolio of mid-market customers. This remote role, based in Portugal, focuses on ensuring customers receive maximum business value from their PXM.

The CSM will be responsible for the complete post-sales lifecycle, driving customer retention and satisfaction, and identifying growth opportunities for Salsify.

Role involves:

  • Ensuring customers achieve business value at every stage of their customer lifecycle.
  • Recommending and carrying out joint strategic success and value plans.
  • Performing business reviews to share progress and recommendations.
  • Capturing customer product feedback and enhancement requests.
  • Helping customers plan and execute a digital shelf program.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years as a Customer Success Manager or equivalent.
  • Proven track record of driving measurable customer outcomes and success.
  • Experience with client health scores and utilization targets.
  • Comfort handling a high volume of customers.
  • Experience navigating complex project implementations.
  • Ability to navigate data, systems and people to find answers.
