The company is seeking a Partner Account Manager (PAM) to cultivate relationships across its global partnerships ecosystem. This role involves driving strategy development and execution with systems integrator (SI) and independent software vendor (ISV) partners.
The PAM will collaborate with external executives and internal cross-functional leaders to define partnership models and go-to-market (GTM) motions.
Role involves:
- Developing strategic roadmaps and execution plans with Salsify’s SI and ISV partners.
- Identifying opportunities to accelerate mutual success and growth.
- Defining and operationalizing activation plans for focus partners.
- Managing performance for international and emerging partners with high strategic value.
- Collaborating in driving targeted ecosystem growth campaigns and co-marketing initiatives.
- Serving as a trusted advisor to cross-functional teams.
- Evangelizing partner success stories.
Requirements:
- 5+ years as a Partner Account Manager, Partner Success Manager, or related role within a SaaS organization.
- Proven track record of driving customer or partner outcomes.
- Deep understanding of SaaS GTM processes.
- Strong relationship-building skills.
- Experience navigating complex software transactions and programs.
- Success in driving exceptional performance with an individual book-of-business.
- Collaboration skills with cross-functional and external stakeholders.
