Salesforce System Administrator at Salsify

Salsify is seeking a Salesforce System Administrator to join its Business Systems team. Founded in 2012, Salsify helps brand manufacturers, distributors, and retailers in over 80 countries collaborate to win on the digital shelf. The ideal candidate will enhance, manage, and optimize Salsify's Salesforce.com instance and broader business systems ecosystem. The role involves solving business problems through systems, collaborating across teams, and building scalable solutions.

As a member of the Business Systems team, the System Administrator will work across functions and technologies to deliver impact in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Key contributor in the design, customization, and automation of Salsify’s Salesforce instance.
• Implement, integrate, and support Salsify's broader tech stack.
• Improve and streamline processes by leveraging Salesforce tools.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to gather business requirements and develop solutions.
• Partner with teams to ensure systems align with business needs.
• Help maintain the accuracy and quality of key company data.
• Manage user access across systems.
• Ensure data security and integrity within and across platforms.

The ideal candidate should have:

• 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
• 2+ years in a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) role.
• Salesforce Administrator certification (preferred).
• Sales or Service Cloud experience.
• Experience or interest in systems like CPQ, Gainsight, Kimble, or other tools in the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Strong ability to engage business partners and translate needs into technical solutions.
• High attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn new systems.
• Track record of strong time and project management.
• Process- and data-driven mindset.
• Familiarity with sales and customer-facing processes.
• Team-first approach and the ability to collaborate across departments and levels.
