Job Description
Salsify is seeking a Salesforce System Administrator to join their Business Systems team. The ideal candidate will enhance, manage, and optimize Salsify's Salesforce.com instance and broader business systems ecosystem. This role involves solving business problems through systems, collaborating across teams, and building scalable solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Design, customize, and automate Salsify’s Salesforce instance.
- Implement, integrate, and support the broader tech stack.
- Improve and streamline processes using Salesforce tools.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to gather requirements and develop solutions.
- Partner with teams to ensure systems align with business needs.
- Maintain data accuracy and quality for reporting and dashboards.
- Manage user access and ensure data security.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
- 2+ years in a Business Systems Analyst role.
- Salesforce Administrator certification (preferred).
- Sales or Service Cloud experience.
- Experience with CPQ, Gainsight, Kimble, or similar tools.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and a process-driven mindset.
