Senior Product Manager Global Data Standards

Job Description

Salsify, a key leader in the industry, is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join their Ecosystem Group. This role focuses on defining the vision and strategy for the newly formed Global Data Standards team, aiming to optimize content activation across global digital shelves and streamline data ingestion for retailers. The Senior Product Manager will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to execute an aggressive roadmap, improving time to value for enterprise brands and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Role Involves:

• Developing expertise in the Global GS1 system of standards.
• Managing the evolution of Salsify's PXM and SXM data model standards.
• Leading change management processes for updating data standards.
• Managing direct reports and providing coaching and development.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in data governance, product data management, or a related field, with a strong focus on GS1 standards.
• Ability to assess data structures and enhance data quality.
• Experience managing large-scale data initiatives and driving adoption of new data governance policies.
• Proven track record of building strong cross-functional relationships.
• Strong interpersonal, prioritization, and analytical skills.
