Senior Product Manager Global Data Standards at Salsify

Salsify, a leader in commerce experience management, is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join its Ecosystem Group. This role is pivotal in defining the vision and strategy for the newly formed Global Data Standards team. The Senior Product Manager will optimize processes for brands activating content across digital shelves and for retailers streamlining data ingestion.Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain deep expertise in the Global GS1 system of standards.
• Actively manage the evolution of the Salsify PXM and SXM data model standards.
• Develop and manage a robust change management process for updating the PXM and SXM data standards.
• Manage direct reports.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in data governance, product data management, or a related field, with a strong focus on GS1 standards.
• Ability to assess data structures, identify inconsistencies, and develop solutions to enhance data quality.
• Experience managing large-scale data initiatives and driving adoption of new data governance policies.
• Proven track record of building strong cross-functional relationships.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
