Salsify is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to excel in a B2B SaaS environment. The Senior Sales Engineer will be responsible for securing technical wins for prospects and customers. This role involves working with well-known brand manufacturers. The role requires aligning with customers' business goals and demonstrating the value of the Salsify platform.Salsify expects the Senior Sales Engineer:
  • Supporting the Sales team in securing technical wins and delivering business value.
  • Identifying and presenting solutions that address functional and technical requirements.
  • Maintaining technical knowledge of Salsify’s product offerings and customer success stories.
  • Building relationships and trust with prospects and customers.
  • Collaborating with the Sales Engineering team and cross-functional teams.
Salsify expects from candidate:
  • Minimum of 5+ years experience in a customer-facing technical role for B2B SaaS solutions.
  • Positive, team player mentality with strong time management, organization, and presentation skills.
  • Deep technical aptitude and curiosity for learning new technologies.
  • Creative and open approach to problem solving and partnering with internal teams.
  • Ability to communicate professionally and effectively in written responses.
  • Experience with PIM, DAM, and/or Commerce solutions preferred.
  • Proficiency in French preferred but not required.
  • Ability and willingness for 25-30% travel.
