Job Description
SingleStore is seeking a Senior Finance Manager- GTM to shape the financial strategy for Sales and Marketing functions. This role involves partnering with GTM leadership to provide strategic planning, financial insights, and data-driven decision-making support. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with a deep understanding of SaaS metrics and a strong analytical mindset.
Role Involves:
- Tracking and maintaining pipeline analysis and bookings forecast.
- Establishing and maintaining key metrics to provide insights into business performance.
- Leading forecasting and budgeting cycles.
- Managing the end-to-end commissions process.
- Developing and implementing financial processes to improve productivity.
- Preparing executive-level presentations.
- Building complex financial models and analyses.
- Partnering with the accounting team to support the month-end close process.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, equity research, strategy consulting, or strategic finance, preferably within a SaaS or enterprise software company.
- Expertise in financial applications such as Salesforce, Netsuite, CaptivateIQ, Pigment, and advanced Excel modeling.
- Strong understanding of SaaS business metrics (ACV, ARR, CAC, retention, pipeline velocity).
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Prior experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, or related discipline.
