Maven is seeking a Data Licensing Administrator to join their team in London. This role involves working closely with the Head of Market Data and collaborating with teams across Finance, Legal, Technology, and Trading. Role Involves:

• Taking ownership of the administrative aspects of data licensing and market data.
• Monthly exchange reporting.
• Invoice reconciliations and approvals.
• Contract submissions to the Legal team.
• Data uploads to Maven's contract management system.
• Maven user data enablement.
• Supporting strategic initiatives to achieve efficiencies in data licensing, usage, and spend.
• Assisting with contract administration and execution.
• Contributing to the development and maintenance of Maven’s data catalogue.
• Monitoring and actioning emails where necessary.
