Maven, a leading proprietary trading firm, is seeking a Senior FPGA Design Engineer to join their team in London. The role involves working with traders and technologists to identify and capitalize on opportunities to gain a competitive edge through FPGA systems. The engineer will enhance the efficiency of existing strategies and unlock new trading opportunities through reduced latencies, higher throughput, or increased robustness.Maven values engineering talents, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to new challenges.

• Designing and implementing FPGA systems to improve trading strategies.
• Collaborating with traders and technologists.
• Reducing latencies and increasing throughput.
• Driving greenfield projects and growing into leadership roles.

• 5+ years of FPGA experience.
• Proficiency in SystemVerilog and source control management.
• Experience with automated verification.
• Experience with HLS or other DSP flow for FPGA.
