SADA is seeking a Customer Engineer to collaborate with clients, understand their needs, and design customized solutions. The Customer Engineer will work with a team of engineers, salespeople, and stakeholders to implement these solutions, provide training, and conduct demos. This individual will serve as a technical expert, offering guidance and building strong client relationships.
The role involves proactive and reactive engagement with customers, leading workshops across various technical domains, and serving as an escalation point for technical consultations.
The Role Involves:
- Collaborating with clients to understand technical needs
- Designing and implementing customized solutions
- Providing training and enablement sessions
- Participating in whiteboarding sessions, demos, and proofs-of-concept
- Leading customer-facing workshops
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in a technical customer-facing role
- Understanding of AI/LLM technologies, infrastructure modernization, application development, and data engineering
- Experience providing oversight and direction of cloud projects
- Experience across GCP, AWS, or Azure
- Experience with automation technologies
- Exceptional customer service experience and communication skills
- Time management skills
- Google Professional Cloud Architect Certification (within 30 days of hire)
- Two of listed Google Professional Certificates (within 180 days of hire)
