Senior Talent Acquisition & University Relations Partner at Wildlife Studios

Wildlife Studios is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition & University Relations Partner to join their Talent Acquisition team. This role is based in São Paulo, Brazil, and operates on a hybrid model.

Role Involves:

• Managing the full-cycle recruitment for Product, Marketing, and other business-related roles.
• Leading Wildlife’s Internship Program, including university relations and early-career talent sourcing.
• Developing strategic sourcing methods to build pipelines for critical positions.
• Partnering with Hiring Managers to understand role requirements and align on recruitment strategies.
• Ensuring a positive candidate experience through timely communication and transparency.
• Staying informed on recruiting trends and market conditions.
• Tracking and analyzing recruiting metrics.
• Supporting diversity and inclusion initiatives.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Recruiting, with 2+ years focused on Product, Marketing, or related business roles.
• Experience managing or supporting University Recruiting and Internship Programs.
• Proficiency with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to partner with hiring managers.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Interest in Gaming is a plus.
