Wildlife is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join their team in São Paulo. The ideal candidate will be responsible for attracting and hiring top talent across diverse areas, including technical, corporate, and early-career roles. This role involves partnering with Hiring Managers and cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless hiring process, as well as supporting the Internship Program by identifying and engaging the next generation of talent.

The Talent Acquisition Partner will play a key role in full-cycle recruitment, strategic sourcing, and hiring manager partnership. They are expected to deliver a positive candidate experience and remain informed on market insights.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies.
  • Work closely with hiring managers.
  • Assist in structuring and executing the company’s Internship Program.
  • Ensure a positive and professional hiring journey.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in Recruiting.
  • Familiarity with different hiring markets.
  • Proficiency with sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Advanced English.
  • Experience with university and early-career recruiting is a plus.
