Senior Security Engineer

Job Description

FalconX, a company revolutionizing institutional access to crypto markets, is seeking a Senior Security Engineer. This role involves developing systems and tools to enhance the security of FalconX's Corporate Identity, DLP, Device Hardening, SaaS security, and Zero Trust.Responsibilities include:

• Developing systems and tools to improve security posture.
• Executing security strategy and policies for in-house and SaaS applications.
• Reviewing and providing architectural guidance for infrastructure systems.
• Improving security reviews and consulting processes with automation.

Requirements:

• Proven impact in Corpsec domains.
• Strong software engineering skills in Python, Golang, or Ruby.
• Proficiency in threat modeling and implementation of preventative controls.
• Advanced knowledge of operating system internals.
• Expertise in at least one public cloud, preferably AWS.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and work independently.
• Understanding of cloud security, vulnerability management, and incident response.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in Enterprise security.
• Minimum 4 years of experience with automation/scripting.
• Practical experience with Terraform and data loss prevention architectures.
• Exceptional communication skills.
