Workleap is seeking an Account Manager to join their ShareGate team. This role involves building strong customer relationships, renewing and expanding contracts, and ensuring customers maximize the value of their ShareGate investment. The Account Manager will manage a diverse portfolio of businesses globally, acting as a trusted advisor and sharing insights on industry trends.
Responsibilities:
- Build strong, consultative relationships with customers.
- Proactively engage with customers to reinforce ShareGate’s value.
- Nurture post-onboarding relationships to increase satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the Technical Support team.
- Share best practices tailored to customer needs.
- Identify at-risk customers and work with internal stakeholders.
- Act as the main point of contact for existing customers.
- Manage a pipeline of customer accounts throughout the renewal and expansion cycle.
- Optimize internal processes and contribute to improving workflows.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams like Support, Customer Success, and Product.
- Stay up to date on product updates and market trends.
- Leverage CRM tools (Salesforce) to track customer information.
- Use engagement tools to run sequences, analyze activity, and plan touchpoints.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of sales experience, ideally in a high-performance environment.
- Proven ability to uncover customer pain points.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- A genuine interest in supporting IT professionals and understanding their Microsoft 365 challenges.
- Familiarity with IT concepts or Microsoft ecosystem (an asset).
- Experience in tech sales (preferably SaaS or inbound-driven sales) is a strong asset.
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM tools (an asset).
