Workleap is seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor for a 12-month contract. The role involves full-cycle recruitment for key positions, particularly within software development, product, marketing, and design teams. The advisor will partner with hiring managers to identify, attract, and evaluate top talent.

Responsibilities include:

  • Acting as a strategic partner to hiring managers.
  • Developing proactive sourcing strategies.
  • Managing the entire recruitment cycle.
  • Providing a seamless candidate experience.
  • Analyzing recruitment data.
  • Collaborating with internal teams.
  • Contributing to the improvement of recruitment tools and processes.
  • Maintaining optimal hiring cadence.
  • Collaborating on projects to enhance the candidate experience.

Requirements:

  • Approximately 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably with technology positions.
  • Experience in both agency and corporate settings is an asset.
  • Ability to manage multiple positions in a dynamic environment.
  • Understanding of software development roles and product profiles.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
  • Experience with an ATS.
  • Fluency in French and English.
