Job Description
Workleap is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor to manage the full recruitment cycle for key roles, particularly in software development, product, marketing, and design teams. The advisor will partner with hiring managers to identify, attract, and evaluate top talent.
    Role Involves:
  • Acting as a strategic partner to hiring managers.
  • Developing and deploying proactive sourcing strategies.
  • Managing the entire recruitment cycle.
  • Providing a seamless candidate experience.
  • Analyzing recruitment data to improve efficiency.
  • Collaborating with internal teams.
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes.
    Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience, including technology positions.
  • Experience in both agency and corporate settings.
  • Ability to manage multiple positions in a dynamic environment.
  • In-depth understanding of software development roles.
  • Strong experience collaborating with hiring managers.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and prioritization skills.
  • Experience with an ATS (Greenhouse or similar).
  • Fluency in French and English, both oral and written.
  • Experience with AI tools for recruitment.
