Workleap is seeking a motivated and passionate Account Manager to join their ShareGate team. This role is responsible for renewing and expanding client contracts, helping clients maximize the value of their ShareGate investment and strengthening their ties with the Workleap team. The Account Manager will act as a strategic advisor, understanding client needs, building trust, and highlighting the value of ShareGate within their Microsoft 365 environment.

Role Involves:

  • Establishing strong relationships with clients.
  • Engaging clients to understand their challenges and offer solutions.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to identify opportunities.
  • Acting as the main point of contact for existing clients.
  • Managing a pipeline of client accounts.
  • Optimizing internal processes to enhance client experience.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years in sales.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, growing environment.
  • Interest in supporting IT professionals and understanding their challenges with Microsoft 365.
  • Knowledge of IT concepts or the Microsoft ecosystem (an asset).
