THE ICONIC is seeking a Workplace Coordinator to create a memorable experience for employees and visitors at their Barangaroo ICONIC Hub. This role involves a blend of workplace management, administration, and employee engagement. The Workplace Coordinator will ensure the workplace is well-maintained, safe, and engaging.Responsibilities include:
  • Creating an exceptional experience for employees and visitors.
  • Managing mail, couriers, and deliveries.
  • Handling administrative tasks and office logistics.
  • Planning and executing engagement activities.
  • Designing and maintaining communication and signage.
Requirements include:
  • Experience in a workplace, customer service, or office management role.
