Job Description

Simtra BioPharma Solutions, a leading contract development and manufacturing organization, is seeking a motivated intern to join their team in Halle/Westfalen, Germany. This internship offers the opportunity to contribute to production-wide improvement projects and enhance efficiency. The intern will work with a team that is focused on providing patients with life changing medications.Simtra BioPharma Solutions is looking for someone to start October 1, 2025 for at least 3 months.Role involves:

• Optimizing the value stream to increase output.
• Reviewing and evaluating production key figures (OEE performance parameters).
• Supporting SMED analyses to optimize set-up and downtime.
• Actively participating in the development and implementation of optimization measures.
• Creating dashboards and reports for performance analysis.
• Establishing and integrating innovation management.

Requirements:

• Enrolled student in industrial engineering with a technical focus.
• First practical experience in lean management, process optimization, or production processes is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of German and English.
• Analytical and structured way of working.
• Excellent team and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office.
