Community Growth Recruiter at TaskHuman Corporate

TaskHuman is seeking a Community Growth Recruiter, who will help grow TaskHuman's global community of professionals. As TaskHuman launches into new international markets, they need a recruiter to seek out coaches. The recruiter must be a self-starter who can communicate effectively and adapt to the company's fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and source coaching professionals in various areas.
• Utilize sourcing strategies, including networks and job boards.
• Conduct screening interviews and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Coordinate meetings and interviews with the Talent Evaluation team.
• Develop a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.
• Provide weekly reports and feedback on recruitment efforts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify qualified talent.

Requirements:

• Professional fluency in Arabic and English
• 4+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Strong communication, prioritization, and organization skills.
• Strong judgment and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, GEM, and Recruitee.
• Interest in the mission of TaskHuman
• Ability to adapt
