OLIVER, a part of The Brandtech Group, is seeking a Senior Account Manager to run the day-to-day operations of the studio. The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for liaising with clients and internal teams to ensure the on-time, on-brief delivery of high-quality digital projects. This role involves leading project delivery from ideation to execution, working with multiple teams, and supporting business growth by ensuring projects meet quality standards and stay within budget. The Senior Account Manager will also work closely with the Account Director and Business Director to maintain client satisfaction and identify up-selling opportunities.Role involves:
  • Day-to-day execution of accounts
  • Delivery of growth and achievement of growth targets
  • Managing and developing positive client relationships
  • Managing and developing junior team members
Requirements:
  • 5 years of experience outside of the studio
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Account Management
  • Experience of managing multiple teams and skill sets
  • Record of re-signing accounts
  • Self-motivated and collaborative team player
  • Demonstrable leadership abilities
