OLIVER, as part of The Brandtech Group, is seeking a GenAI Integrated Designer to be based in Manila, Philippines. The role involves using the Pencil platform to deliver high-quality, high-performing ads to enterprise clients or small businesses. The GenAI Integrated Designer will work with a team, resolving creative challenges and overcoming the limitations of GenAI. The role requires deep experience with GenAI tools and their application in the advertising industry, along with the ability to inspire a team with creative solutions.
Role Involves:
- Producing innovative designs demonstrating GenAI capabilities.
- Managing the full design lifecycle.
- Developing a deep understanding of target audiences.
- Pitching creative solutions in response to marketing strategies.
- Overseeing the preparation of finished files.
- Employing expertise in photo manipulation.
- Working with training to implement new GenAI techniques.
- Collaborating with product to test new GenAI features.
Requirements:
- A passion for design and conception.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience with digital agency.
- Deep affinity with layout, typography, and idea-generation.
- Ability to take ownership of projects.
- Consistent record of delivering design projects within deadlines.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent experience working closely with clients.
- Confident in bringing innovative ideas.
- Strong client liaison skills.
- Extensive experience in photo manipulation and Adobe CS skills.
- Working knowledge of After Effects animation is a bonus.
- On and Offline design experience.
- Retouching experience.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated and a collaborative team player.
- Willingness to learn and incorporate AI.
