Visier is seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst to support customer experience (CX) and revenue operations through Gainsight administration, reporting, and collaboration. The Revenue Operations Analyst will be responsible for aligning Gainsight configurations with CX goals, streamlining revenue processes, and leveraging data to foster customer satisfaction and revenue growth. The role involves partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless revenue journey.
What this role involves:
- Managing and maintaining Gainsight configurations.
- Implementing workflows, playbooks, and success plans within Gainsight.
- Troubleshooting Gainsight issues and optimizing its usage.
- Generating and analyzing reports to monitor customer health, retention, and satisfaction metrics.
- Presenting insights and recommendations based on data analysis to the CX team.
- Building dashboards and visualizations for tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Working closely with Customer Success Managers (CSMs), Product, Sales, and Support teams.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in CX operations, customer success, or a similar role.
- Gainsight administrator experience is required.
- Gainsight admin certification is strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in reporting and data analysis (Excel, BI tools, etc.).
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work with large datasets to extract actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
