Job Description
Visier is seeking a highly collaborative and motivated Sr. Revenue Operations Analyst to provide insights and actions that impact revenue growth. This role reports to the Head of Revenue Operations and serves as a trusted partner to revenue-generating teams, driving changes to improve business productivity and growth.
Responsibilities:
- Understand Visier’s business and go-to-market data to build operational reporting.
- Gather and interpret data to surface insights and recommend improvements.
- Build reports, dashboards, and documentation for meetings.
- Develop predictive models to identify and address customer experience bottlenecks.
- Contribute to strategies to optimize operational performance.
- Analyze customer behavior, identify trends, and predict key CX outcomes.
- Maintain data quality and process consistency across GTM functions.
- Partner with Customer Experience and Sales to implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with the IT team to ensure data quality and develop sustainable data practices.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in CX/Revenue/Sales analytics or a similar role.
- Experience with Salesforce, Business Intelligence tools (Tableau, Looker, Domo, etc.), Excel, and SQL.
- Knowledge of how to utilize and manage ETL tools (e.g. Matillion) in relation to Snowflake
- Entrepreneurial mindset and comfortable with change.
- Excellent communication skills.
- High EQ and enjoys building relationships with stakeholders.
- Gainsight administration experience is a plus.
