Industrial Engineer (all genders) at GROPYUS

GROPYUS is seeking an Industrial Engineer to join their Advanced Manufacturing Engineering concept team. The Industrial Engineer will play a crucial role in planning the production system and expanding the company's factory in Germany for automated building module production. Working in an interdisciplinary environment, the engineer will develop production concepts aligned with business goals, collaborating with product developers, machine designers, and a digital transformation team.

Responsibilities include:

• Planning synchronized flow production and material flow
• Creating logical process descriptions for production solutions
• Transferring product design drafts into manufacturing processes
• Conducting material and production flow analyses
• Optimizing production processes and cycle times
• Performing factory/production flow simulation

Requirements include:

• Experience in designing and optimizing industrial production systems
• Analytical and structured working approach
• Competence in time studies, value stream design, and waste analysis
• Experience with factory simulation and product start-ups (advantageous)
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in international teams
• Fluency in English and German
