Job Description

Jack Morton is seeking a Freelance Integrated Producer to support the account and production team in delivering integrated marketing projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for organizing and driving projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on schedule, within budget, and meet program requirements.

Role involves:
• Managing projects from start to finish
• Creating project scopes and budgets
• Managing project budget using online tools
• Liaising between client and partners
• Ensuring team members adhere to overall process
• Managing client hot list, status reports, and meetings
• Scheduling and managing project resources
• Providing solutions to client requests
• Maintaining effective client relationships
• Organizing and participating in creative brainstorms

Requirements:
• Relevant degree and 3+ years of experience in creating digital work
• Strong problem-solving, time management, and leadership skills
• Proven track record of managing multi-faceted programs within deadlines
• Demonstrated production and account management competencies
• Experience with paid media including social is a plus
