Senior People Specialist at VEED.IO

VEED.IO is seeking a Senior People Specialist to join their team in either London or Amsterdam. The Senior People Specialist will be responsible for maintaining HR operations processes and HR data globally. They will support employee relations, co-develop processes and policies, and collaborate with Biz Ops, Finance, and the broader People team.

What this role involves:

• Ownership of new hire onboarding processes
• Management of contracts and legal documentation
• End to end ownership of HR data integrity
• Leave administration
• Analyzing HR data to improve performance, engagement, and productivity.
• Monitoring regulatory and HR legislation changes to ensure compliance.

Requirements:

• Experience working with HRIS Systems (Revolut People, Deel and Greenhouse experience is a bonus)
• Clear, structured, articulate, and succinct communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Intellectual curiosity and proactive approach
• Comfortable operating as an individual contributor with strong influencing skills
