Job Description

GumGum is seeking an Account Lead to join their Customer Success department. The Account Lead will manage key accounts, ensure client satisfaction, drive business growth, and deliver exceptional service. The role involves developing strategic account plans, identifying upselling opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to meet client objectives. This person will cultivate strategic relationships with GumGum’s key clients. The Account Lead will lead within Client Solutions

Role Involves:

  • Cultivating relationships with key clients.
  • Serving as an expert on GumGum’s managed direct, programmatic and data revenue streams
  • Identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Developing strategic account plans.
  • Forecasting revenue for key accounts.
  • Implementing corrective action plans as needed to resolve service delivery issues or prevent future challenges.

Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree in Business (Advertising/Marketing) or similar experience
  • Client facing experience of 5-7 years
  • Expertise in programmatic and omni-channel marketing
  • Consistent track record of growing accounts
  • Familiarity with marketing-related analytics concepts and advertising metrics
