The ideal candidate will have a strong background in video editing, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to lead and mentor a team of editors. They will also be responsible for maintaining Dcard's video style, ensuring high-quality content that meets the expectations of the team and the audience.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading the video editing team, assigning tasks, providing feedback, and assisting with team member growth.
• Mastering Dcard's video editing style, defining and optimizing video quality and style standards.
• Editing videos that meet team expectations and channel style, including voiceovers, animations, and music effects. Ensuring video creativity and content quality.
• Participating in some planning discussions and on-set shoots as needed, coordinating pre- and post-production needs.
• Continuously optimizing video production processes and the video editing team's workflow.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience editing online videos.
• Familiarity with editing and related post-production software (Ps, Pr, AE, AU, etc.).
• Familiarity with various video recording equipment and a basic understanding of lighting and audio equipment.
• Detail-oriented, able to work under pressure, and possess strong communication and coordination skills for team members and planning discussions.
• Keen eye for image logic and aesthetic style, able to challenge different types of styles, open to innovation, and upgrade the team's work level.
