The ideal candidate will manage the full-cycle recruitment process for IC-Manager+ level roles, utilizing diverse sourcing channels to engage passive candidates. This role involves partnering with Hiring Managers and leadership to define recruiting strategies and improve recruitment processes.Verkada is a leader in cloud-based B2B physical security, offering integrated product lines such as video security cameras, access control, and environmental sensors.Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process.

  • Partner with Hiring Managers and leadership.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • Strong ability to influence using data.
  • Proficient in recruiting technologies and ATS.
  • Ability to navigate a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Experience managing multiple internal priorities.
  • Commitment to excellence.
  • Local to the Bay Area or open to relocation.
