Senior Learning Designer (Johannesburg) at HyperionDev

HyperionDev is seeking a Senior Learning Designer to contribute to the creation and quality of learning content. The role involves improving existing content, writing content for new courses, and ensuring alignment with industry trends and accreditation requirements. This role is integral to improving and expanding HyperionDev's existing content, the successful candidate will also write content for all new courses, bootcamps, and any technical assessments that HyperionDev needs to carry out.

The Senior Learning Designer will collaborate with academic staff, the product team, and the marketing team to deliver high-quality learning content to students. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be a fast learner, and have an eye for detail.

Responsibilities include:

• Creating new learning content
• Implementing changes to existing courses
• Ensuring content alignment to accreditation requirements
• Researching new and updated concepts regularly

Requirements include:

• 5+ years of experience in Learning Design
• Experience in writing and editing technical work
• Ability to identify areas of weakness and strength in content
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
