The successful candidate will be responsible for the creation, quality assurance, and improvement of learning content across various courses and bootcamps. This role involves collaborating with Academic, Product, and Marketing teams to deliver high-quality, engaging learning experiences to students.

The Senior Learning Designer will ensure the content is up-to-date with industry trends, aligned with accreditation requirements, and academically sound. They will also mentor junior team members and contribute to the continuous improvement of educational offerings.

Responsibilities:

• Creating new learning content and updating existing courses.
• Ensuring content accuracy, relevance, and clarity.
• Managing inter-task dependencies and aligning content with accreditation standards.
• Researching and incorporating new concepts to keep content current.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Learning Design.
• Experience in technical writing and editing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
