Sourcing Specialist (Vietnam) at Manufactured

Manufactured, a venture-backed inventory platform, is seeking a Sourcing Specialist to represent the company in Vietnam. This role involves optimizing supplier relationships to ensure the best quality, price, and performance. The Sourcing Specialist will support U.S. leadership in driving sourcing strategies and developing innovative solutions across various vertical categories. This position is critical for business growth in Southeast Asia and the overall expansion of the company.

Responsibilities:

• Represent Manufactured in Southeast Asia and support offshore sourcing.
• Expand and diversify the network of vendor partners in Southeast Asia.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to internal and external partners on manufacturing in Southeast Asia.
• Verify and onboard new vendors.
• Manage ongoing relationships to ensure consistent high standards.
• Oversee quality and manage production for timely and high-quality delivery.
• Stay current on local policies, trends, and culture affecting sourcing.
• Ensure high ethical standards for all operations.
• Work closely with the Sourcing Lead to process quotes and samples.
• Maintain organized records of vendor information.

Requirements:

• 5-7 years of experience sourcing in Southeast Asia.
• Expertise in sourcing, with a strong vendor network.
• Native speaker of local language(s) with understanding of local business norms.
• Proven track record of managing production and delivery of multiple products.
• High ethical standards.
• Startup experience is a plus.
• Experience in Apparel, Food & Beverage, Shoes & Accessories, and Consumer Electronics industries.
