[PL] Director of Engineering at Knowde

Knowde is seeking a talented Regional Director of Engineering to lead and manage growing engineering teams, contributing to the company's global platform scaling. The Director will collaborate with the C-level suite in defining the product and engineering roadmap, ensuring its delivery through effective leadership and engineering processes. This role involves shaping the technological strategy, cultivating the technical environment, and developing engineering teams.He/she will:

• Write code and manage a team of developers and QA engineers
• Attract, recruit, and maintain top talent
• Motivate, coach, and manage team performance
• Drive new product engineering and scale existing solutions
• Lead engineering teams and allocate resources to projects

Requirements include:

• 7+ years of experience in advanced B2B products (e-commerce, product catalogs, search, marketing automation, etc.)
• 2+ years of management experience
• Strong technical skills with Ruby/Rails, Python, React, Kubernetes, AWS, Atlassian tools
• Working understanding of data privacy and industry compliance
• Ability to design and build scalable, high-availability systems and APIs
