Chemaxon is seeking a Junior Customer Support Representative to join their team in Budapest. This is a part-time position (4 or 6 hours) focused on delivering high-quality customer support and resolving customer inquiries. The role involves monitoring the support ticketing system, managing ticket queues, and collaborating with other teams to resolve issues.Chemaxon, an industry-leading cheminformatics software company, is in an exciting period of growth after being acquired by Certara. Responsibilities: - Monitoring support ticketing system
- Providing support in 4 hours (or 6 hours) shifts
- Proactively manage ticket queues and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Independently engage with other teams to resolve issues or enhance processes.
- Attempt to replicate the issue using internal tools, test environments or sandbox accounts, prior to any escalations.
- Provide hands-on training to Junior-level staff, offering advanced guidance on ticket handling and product knowledge.
- Identify inefficiencies in support processes and recommend improvements.
- Reviews internal documentations from support perspective and drives collaboration within the organization.
