Thanx is seeking a Customer Operations Generalist to ensure efficient merchant operations. This remote role, open to candidates in New York and Florida, focuses on supporting new and existing merchants through technical setup, issue resolution, and cross-functional collaboration.Thanx is a loyalty and guest engagement platform that helps restaurant brands grow customer lifetime value.Responsibilities:

• Merchant Program Configuration
• New Location Configuration
• Credit Card Onboarding
• Integration Configuration
• Issue Investigation
• Process Improvement & Documentation

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in operations, technical support
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Front, or other ticketing systems is a plus
