Authentic is seeking a Manager, Business Development - Colombia to develop and execute strategies for expanding the company's licensing partnerships and increasing the footprint of its brands in the Colombia region. Requirements:
- 3-5 years experience in business development and sales in licensing for Lifestyle, Beauty, Fashion markets in the LATAM region
- 3-5 years experience in full-cycle sales from lead generation through closing the deal in the LATAM region
- An accomplished communicator
- Eager demeanor with a fearless and professional drive to win
- Curious, research-oriented mindset
- Confident and successful negotiator
- Exceptional organization, attention management, and time management skills
- Bachelor’s degree; a legal background is helpful
- Willing and able to travel occasionally as the role requires
