- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in People Operations.
- Experience supporting US-based teams.
- Fluency in English.
- Strong process thinking ability.
- Familiarity with HRIS and people systems (Workday, Freshservice, Lucidchart).
- Proficiency in Excel.
