Director, Business Leadership

Momentum Worldwide is seeking a Director of Business Leadership to lead IRL, virtual, and hybrid experiential programs. The role involves leading a dynamic roster of accounts from CPG to B2B brands. The ideal candidate will be passionate about brand engagement and possess experience across various industry segments.

Responsibilities include:

• Developing rapport with clients and agency partners
• Guiding the team in identifying opportunities and strategic thinking
• Managing project financials and budgets
• Delivering compelling client presentations
• Supporting Momentum’s values

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 8+ years related experience in marketing
• 5+ years agency experience preferred
• Experience managing integrated multi-disciplinary teams
• Experience building and managing budgets
