Job Description

Momentum Worldwide is seeking a Director of Experiential Production to join their XP Team. The ideal candidate will be a team player with strong organizational skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to travel across Canada. The Director will oversee all events, including experiential activations and field marketing programs.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing pre-production and implementation of integrated experiential marketing programs.
  • Delivering category expertise in live event logistics, mobile marketing, tours, stage, sound, lighting, security, and staffing.
  • Partnering with senior management on forward-planning for the Production Department.
  • Managing asset, budget development.
  • Managing contract and fee negotiations.
  • Creating a team environment that facilitates respect and partnership.
  • Troubleshooting conflicts with stakeholders and superb crisis management.
  • Leading the development and delivery of client and new business presentations.
  • Overseeing staff planning, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Setting event quality standards that exceed client needs.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in producing live events.
  • 8+ years agency experience.
  • 3+ years supervisory experience.
  • Proven leader with production expertise.
  • Experienced in budget development and management.
  • Successful negotiator of production-related deliverables.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Open to travel as and when needed.
