Job Description
Momentum Worldwide is seeking a Director of Experiential Production to join their XP Team. The ideal candidate will be a team player with strong organizational skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to travel across Canada. The Director will oversee all events, including experiential activations and field marketing programs.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing pre-production and implementation of integrated experiential marketing programs.
- Delivering category expertise in live event logistics, mobile marketing, tours, stage, sound, lighting, security, and staffing.
- Partnering with senior management on forward-planning for the Production Department.
- Managing asset, budget development.
- Managing contract and fee negotiations.
- Creating a team environment that facilitates respect and partnership.
- Troubleshooting conflicts with stakeholders and superb crisis management.
- Leading the development and delivery of client and new business presentations.
- Overseeing staff planning, performance management, and employee relations.
- Setting event quality standards that exceed client needs.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in producing live events.
- 8+ years agency experience.
- 3+ years supervisory experience.
- Proven leader with production expertise.
- Experienced in budget development and management.
- Successful negotiator of production-related deliverables.
- Strong time management skills.
- Open to travel as and when needed.
