The African Leadership University (ALU) is seeking a Campus Operations Senior Associate to support the daily operations of its campus in Rwanda. This role is crucial in ensuring efficient campus operations through administrative support, system development, performance management, resource optimization, and maintenance of safety protocols.

Responsibilities:
  • Providing administrative and operational support, including scheduling and record management.
  • Developing and tracking operational systems, policies, and protocols.
  • Managing performance using data-driven methods and overseeing service provider contracts.
  • Improving customer satisfaction and overseeing reception operations.
  • Managing vendor relations, including sourcing, evaluation, and invoicing.


Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in an operational support role.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with database management and systems development.
  • Knowledge of performance management and KPI tracking.
  • Understanding of safety and risk management principles.
  • Experience with contract and vendor management.
  • Experience with front desk or guest management.
  • Experience with budget planning.
