VEED is seeking a Revenue Operations Analyst to enhance its revenue funnel, focusing on marketing operations. The role involves shaping and optimising the entire revenue funnel, with a particular emphasis on top-of-funnel activities. The candidate will be instrumental in building scalable processes, managing the tech stack, and providing actionable insights that drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement scalable revenue operations processes.
  • Create and manage a lead scoring framework.
  • Establish clear SLAs and processes for lead management.
  • Own the account scoring system.
  • Develop a comprehensive attribution model.
  • Administer and enhance Hubspot and the marketing tech stack.
  • Lead operational initiatives independently.
  • Analyse revenue data to provide insights.
  • Create dashboards and reports for leadership.
  • Build and maintain an operational roadmap.

Requirements:
  • Experience in Revenue Operations or Marketing Operations.
  • Strong technical proficiency in HubSpot.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously in high-growth environment.
  • Project management experience.
  • Natural curiosity and desire to deeply understand and optimise tools and processes.
