Verkada, a leader in cloud-based B2B physical security, is seeking a high-energy Channel Sales Leader. The Channel Sales Leader will manage and grow Verkada’s relationship with the largest National Physical Security Integrator partners and team in the US.

The role involves:

  • Creating and executing the strategy for growing Verkada’s relationship with National Physical Security Integrators.
  • Leading a team of 6-8 National Channel Sales Managers (CSMs) in achieving quota.
  • Mentoring and developing the sales team, including recruiting, hiring, and coaching new CSMs.
  • Supporting and coaching CSMs in building pipeline daily.
  • Conducting weekly forecast meetings and reporting on sales activity and forecast.
  • Assisting CSMs in closing complex transactions through executive-level relationships.
  • Managing daily and weekly activities, pipelines, forecasts, and closed deals.
  • Coordinating and leading pipeline reviews, meetings, and training sessions.

Requirements for the role include:

  • Demonstrated success in leading a high-performing sales team.
  • Existing relationships and/or prior Channel management experience with the top 10 Physical Security Integrators in the US.
  • Demonstrated sales success.
  • Successful track record in a high-volume transaction sales environment.
  • Excellent presentation and listening skills.
  • Ability to develop strategic relationships with executive-level stakeholders.
  • Ability to develop top-down and bottom-up strategies.
  • Proven ability to hire and train new sales representatives and coach lower performers.
  • 50% travel expectation throughout the United States
  • Candidates must live in/around a major city in the United States
