Sales Development Representative (w/m/x)

Job Description

The Sales Development Representative at SPARETECH is the first point of contact for potential clients. He is responsible for acquiring qualified leads through targeted communication and understanding their needs, laying the foundation for sales success.

Role Involves:

• Strategically developing the outbound marketing setup.
• Identifying and developing customers in target markets to build a sales pipeline for SPARETECH's SaaS company.
• Approaching new customers through cold calling, mailings, and social media campaigns and conducting initial customer discussions.
• Automating and improving internal processes and quality standards.
• Inspiring customers with SPARETECH's innovative software and reshaping the digital spare parts world.

Requirements:

• An open-minded personality who enjoys interacting with potential customers.
• High self-motivation and enjoyment of challenges.
• A pronounced analytical mindset and a structured, goal-oriented approach to daily work.
• Proficiency in German and English to communicate confidently with business partners at various hierarchical levels and a confident demeanor.
• A completed education or degree in industrial engineering, economics, or a related field.
• Good knowledge of the industrial spare parts industry and SaaS (Nice to have).
